Each building has a checklist and schedule agreed with its strata manager, and every visit works through it. Anything outside the agreed scope is reported to the manager.

The work is similar. Strata Cleaning is for apartment complexes and strata-titled buildings, arranged with the strata manager. Common Area Cleaning covers the shared spaces of any building.
Yes. Early-morning and after-hours cleaning are available.
Our services start from $55 + GST per hour. The exact rate depends on the size of your space, frequency and scope of work. Quotes are free and there is no obligation.
